How many devices can I connect at once on each SingLinkVPN plan?

Devices online at once depend on the plan: Fast 4, Plus 6, Pro 10, and Max and Rich 6 each. The Free Plan has no device limit.

On a paid plan, several devices sign in to the same account and share its plan benefits and data, up to the device limit. On the Free Plan, each device gets its own daily free allowance instead.

Steps

When you reach the device limit

  1. In the SingLinkVPN app, go to Settings → My Devices to see where your account is signed in (device name, platform, last online time and whether it is online now).

  2. Tap Kick Offline next to a device you no longer use, then confirm.

  3. That device disconnects from SingLinkVPN immediately, signs out and returns to the login screen, freeing a slot for the new device.

Notes

  • The device you are using right now does not show a Kick Offline button.
  • Some plans limit how many times you can kick devices offline each month; the app shows the current limit.

What are the SingLinkVPN Max and Rich data packs? Do they expire? Can I stack them?

#

Max and Rich are one-time data packs with 100 GB and 500 GB of data. The data never expires and stays until you use it, and you can stack several packs.

Max and Rich data packs
  • Nodes and protocols: Pro-level nodes and protocols (Beta, Sola, Mini, 2.0).
  • Devices online at once: 6 each.
  • Validity: no time limit, valid until used; data from repeat purchases is added up and kept.
  • Price and discounts: data packs do not use monthly, quarterly or annual billing discounts; see subscription discounts for the offers that apply.

Discounts and payment

Does SingLinkVPN offer subscription discounts? What is the cheapest way to buy?

#

Annual billing is the best deal: annual Plus or Pro saves about 30%, and the first-purchase code SingLink or a credit card payment takes off another 30%, for about 51% in total.

Plans
Paid plans
PlanAnnual billingExtra discount (choose one)Combined, about

ProAbout 30%Another 30%About 51%
  • Choose one: the first-purchase code SingLink and the credit card discount cannot be combined.
  • Max: a one-time permanent data pack with no monthly, quarterly or annual billing discount; the live price is on the Plans page. Eligible first-time buyers get 30% off with either SingLink or an eligible credit card promotion.
  • First Rich purchase: the base price already saves 21.6%; add either SingLink or an eligible credit card promotion for another 30%, for up to about 45.12% in total.
  • Rich repurchase: on top of the base saving, the Rich-only code SingLink08 saves another 15.68%, for up to about 37.28% in total.

Notes

  • First-purchase and repurchase offers cannot be combined. Eligibility, prices and available offers are whatever the live Plans and checkout pages show.

Which payment methods does SingLinkVPN accept?

#

SingLinkVPN accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, USDT, credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Link. The methods you can actually use are shown on the payment page.

Plans
Paid plans
  • Where to buy: you can buy a plan in the SingLinkVPN app or on the user website (the user dashboard).
  • Availability varies: the methods offered can differ by device, region and payment page.
  • App stores: subscriptions bought on the App Store or Google Play are paid through Apple or Google, and cancellations and refunds go through that store too.
  • Credit card: a credit card payment is an auto-renewing subscription that you can check and manage under Manage Subscription at the top right of the Current Subscription card in the user dashboard; see how to cancel auto-renewal.

Notes

  • Value-added services such as custom nodes and white-label (OEM) packages accept USDT-TRC20 only and cannot be refunded once ordered.

What should I do if a SingLinkVPN payment fails or the payment page will not load?

#

The most common cause is paying with a proxy turned on. Turn off the VPN or any other proxy and try again; if that fails, use another payment method or refresh the page and pay again.

Plans
Paid plans

Steps

  1. Turn off SingLinkVPN and any other proxy tool, then reopen the payment page and try again.

  2. Switch to another payment method.

  3. Refresh the page and click pay again.

  4. If it still fails, take screenshots of the payment page and the error, then contact live chat with your SingLinkVPN account, payment method and payment time.

Can I upgrade my SingLinkVPN plan or change how I pay? Will I be charged twice?

#

Yes. Once you successfully pay for a new plan order, the system automatically cancels the existing credit card subscription on your account, so normally you are not charged twice.

Plans
Paid plans

An account keeps only one active, billing credit card subscription at a time. Upgrading your plan, or paying with another method such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, USDT or PayPal, counts as a new plan order.

Prices and available offers for the new plan are whatever the live Plans and checkout pages show.

Steps

After changing plans, check the old subscription

  1. Sign in to the SingLinkVPN user dashboard and click Manage Subscription at the top right of the Current Subscription card.

  2. Confirm that the old credit card subscription has been cancelled.

  3. If you see two active subscriptions, contact live chat right away.

Notes

  • Manage Subscription is shown only to users with an auto-renewing credit card subscription.
  • Subscriptions bought on the App Store or Google Play are managed by that store; see how to cancel a subscription.

How do I cancel my SingLinkVPN subscription or auto-renewal?

#

Cancel a credit card subscription under Manage Subscription on the Current Subscription card in the user dashboard. Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription in Apple or Google subscription settings.

Plans
Paid plans

After you cancel auto-renewal, the period you have already paid for stays usable until it ends, and you will not be charged again.

Steps

Credit card subscription (bought on the user website)

  1. Click Manage Subscription at the top right of the Current Subscription card to open Stripe's official billing center.

  2. Cancel auto-renewal. You can also change your card, view past bills and invoices, and manage your payment details there.

Bought on the App StoreiOS · macOS · Apple TV

  1. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

  2. Choose the SingLinkVPN subscription and tap Cancel Subscription. For Mac or Apple TV, follow Apple's subscription guide.

Bought on Google PlayAndroid

  1. Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon at the top right, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or open the Google Play subscriptions page directly.

  2. Choose the SingLinkVPN subscription and tap Cancel subscription.

Notes

  • Manage Subscription is shown only to users with an auto-renewing credit card subscription.
  • Cancelling does not refund the rest of the current period; see the refund policy for when a refund can be requested.

Refunds and usage limits

Can I get a refund from SingLinkVPN? What is the refund policy?

#

SingLinkVPN offers refunds, but refund requests must meet the refund policy in our Terms of Service. Refunds can be requested in two cases: app store purchases, and confirmed technical failures on SingLinkVPN’s side.

Plans
Paid plans

SingLinkVPN offers a Free Plan, and we recommend using it first to confirm the service works on your network before you subscribe. A paid subscription can be refunded in these two cases:

  1. Bought on the App Store, Google Play or another store: request the refund from that store under its refund policy. The store reviews and decides the request, and SingLinkVPN cannot change its decision; see refunds for app store purchases.
  2. A technical failure of SingLinkVPN's own systems or servers: first report the failure to support and wait for SingLinkVPN to confirm it from system records. The service must then stay unavailable for more than 14 consecutive days, counted from the day after confirmation. When you report it, the subscription must have used less than 1 GB of data, or less than 5% of the purchased period must have passed (either is enough; lifetime plans use the data condition only). Submit the request within 30 days after the outage ends. Once verified, SingLinkVPN refunds pro rata from the confirmation date to the end of the current term and ends that subscription.

Connection problems caused by your local network, your internet service provider (ISP), network restrictions in your region, your device or operating system, or brief network fluctuations are not covered.

Steps

How to request a refund

  1. Send your request through live chat in the app or at the bottom right of the user dashboard.

  2. Include your SingLinkVPN account, order number, payment method, purchase date, the reason and screenshots of the issue. For a technical failure, add screen recordings or screenshots from the outage and details of the device and network you used.

  3. SingLinkVPN checks the order, the account usage and the refund conditions, then processes the request.

Notes

  • Requests that meet neither case cannot be accepted; the Terms of Service "Refunds" section has the full conditions.
  • A completed credit card payment is treated as authorized by the cardholder, so refund requests based on claims of card fraud or chargebacks are not supported.

How do I get a refund for SingLinkVPN bought on the App Store or Google Play?

#

Request the refund from Apple or Google. The store reviews the request and makes the decision, and SingLinkVPN cannot change it.

If the store refers the request to SingLinkVPN or asks us about it, SingLinkVPN assesses it under the technical-failure conditions in the refund policy.

Steps

Bought on the App StoreiOS · macOS · Apple TV

  1. Open Apple's Report a Problem site and sign in with the Apple Account you used to buy.

  2. Choose to request a refund, select the SingLinkVPN purchase and submit it for Apple to review.

Bought on Google PlayAndroid

  1. Submit a request by following Google Play's refund instructions.

  2. Google reviews it and tells you the result.

Notes

Does SingLinkVPN limit heavy downloads? Which plan is best for large downloads?

#

Choose Pro for large-volume downloads. Fast and Plus may restrict extremely large downloads to protect network stability for other users.

Plans
Paid plans

Examples of what Fast and Plus may restrict:

  • Downloading hundreds or thousands of GB a day.
  • Extremely large downloads for many days in a row.
  • Occupying large amounts of shared bandwidth for long periods.

Pro uses enterprise-grade or dedicated configurations and suits large downloads and high-bandwidth use. On data, Fast includes 288 GB per month, while Plus and Pro are unlimited.

Notes

  • If your account is restricted for overusing shared network resources, contact live chat or move to a plan that fits your usage.
