SingLink protocols
SingLinkVPN develops three transport protocols of its own, Beta, Sola and SingLink 2.0, plus the Mini disguise layer that runs on top of them. Each one has its own guide; here is what each is for and which plans include it.

Our four protocols
SingLink Beta
SingLink Beta is SingLinkVPN's speed-first in-house protocol and the only one available on every plan (Free Plan, Fast, Plus, Pro, Max and Rich), with a speed ceiling that rises with the plan tier up to 1 Gbps.
- Available on
- Every plan: Free Plan, Fast, Plus, Pro, Max, Rich
SingLink Sola
Sola is SingLink's next-generation VPN transport protocol, rebuilt on the SingLink 2.0 technology stack to outperform Beta on speed, latency, packet loss and bandwidth utilization, and available on Plus, Pro and the Max and Rich data packs (not on the Free Plan or Fast).
- Available on
- Plus, Pro, Max, Rich (not the Free Plan or Fast)
SingLink 2.0
SingLink 2.0 is SingLinkVPN's high-stability protocol for difficult networks, with connection stability of up to 99%, available on Pro, Max and Rich, and Pro also gets nodes reserved for the 2.0 protocol.
- Available on
- Pro, Max, Rich
SingLink Mini
Mini is not a protocol of its own but SingLink's disguise layer on top of Beta, Sola or SingLink 2.0 (nodes are named like "Sola Mini" or "2.0 Mini"), built for instant video start, high-speed streaming and very low latency, and available on Plus, Pro and the Max and Rich data packs, which inherit Pro.
- Available on
- Plus, Pro, Max, Rich; appears only on underlying protocols the plan already unlocks
Mini is not a standalone protocol: on nodes whose names end in Mini (such as Sola Mini or 2.0 Mini), Beta, Sola or SingLink 2.0 still handles authentication, encryption and data transport.
