About the Free Plan
Is SingLinkVPN free to use? Is it a time-limited trial, and do I need a credit card?
#Yes. The SingLinkVPN Free Plan is an ongoing free plan, not a time-limited trial. No credit card is required, and you do not have to watch ads.

Download the official app and sign in to your SingLinkVPN account (create one first if you do not have one). Nodes labeled "Free" in the node list are ready to connect, with no paid subscription needed.
Free resources are limited and are meant mainly for emergencies, light use and trying the service. If you need a steadier connection for longer sessions, see the paid plans.

Free nodes carry a "Free" label in the node list. The available countries change with capacity, so go by what the app shows.
Because free capacity is limited, speed and stability on free nodes can vary more; high-performance resources go to paying users first.

How much data does the SingLinkVPN Free Plan give per day, and when does it reset?
#Every device gets its own daily free data: 200MB on phones and 500MB on computers, reset automatically at 00:00 each day. During campaigns, the daily cap can rise to 1GB.

- Apple TV: the Free Plan is available; the daily allowance is whatever the app shows.
- Special events or promotional periods: up to 1GB a day, depending on the current campaign.
Notes
- Base free data resets automatically every day, so there is nothing to claim. The exact allowance is whatever the app and the "Free Plan" page show in real time.

#Computers usually need more data for the way people use them, so their daily allowance is higher. During campaigns the daily cap can reach 1GB, subject to that campaign’s rules.

Campaigns may apply to both phones and computers, but not every campaign does. Whether a campaign is running, how much it gives and whether you need to claim it manually are all shown in the app in real time.
Steps

In the SingLinkVPN app, go to Settings → Affiliate Marketing → Free Data.
Follow the on-screen prompt to claim the current campaign data. Base free data resets on its own and does not need to be claimed.

#The Free Plan has no device limit, and each device gets its own daily allowance. Data is counted per device, so switching accounts does not give you more.

For example, once your phone has used up its free data for the day, signing in to the same account on a computer still gives you that computer’s own daily free data.
Paid plans work differently: devices share one account’s plan benefits, and how many can be online at once depends on the plan. See devices per plan.

What should I do when my SingLinkVPN free data runs out or shows as unavailable?
#Once your free data runs out, you can keep using the Free Plan after the automatic daily reset at 00:00. If you need more data, upgrade to a paid plan.

If you still have allowance left but the app says it is unavailable: this issue on some Android devices was fixed in the 2.6.1 patch (build 5134). Update to the latest version first.
Steps
If free nodes will not connect
Switch to another node labeled "Free."
Switch between Fast mode and Secure mode to see which one suits your network.
Disconnect, refresh the node list, wait a moment, then reconnect using one of the first nodes in the list.
On some Windows computers, network adapter mode must be turned on before the app will work.
Turn off the VPN and open speedtest.net to check your local connection. If it is not working properly, switch to a stable Wi-Fi network or a phone hotspot.
Make sure the app is up to date. If it still fails, record a video or take screenshots and contact support.

Steps
Download the SingLinkVPN app for your platform from the official download page or your app store.
Sign in with your SingLinkVPN account; create one first if you do not have one.
Choose a node labeled "Free" in the node list.
Tap Connect.

Max and Rich are one-time data packs (100GB / 500GB, no time limit, valid until used up) with Pro-level nodes and protocols. See data packs.
- You need more data each day than the free allowance.
- You stream, use AI tools or work across borders for long sessions.
- You need a fixed exit IP (chained proxy, Plus and above).
- You want a steadier connection: free nodes have limited capacity and fluctuate more.
