I forgot my SingLinkVPN password. How do I reset it, and what if the code never arrives?
#If a device is still signed in, open Settings → Change Password on that device and set a new one. If every device is signed out, tap Forgot Password on the login page and reset it with a code sent to your registered email.

Steps
A device is still signed in
Open the app on a device that is still signed in to your SingLinkVPN account.
Go to Settings → Change Password.
Set a new password.
All devices are signed out
On the login page, tap Forgot Password.
Get the verification code sent to your registered email.
Enter the code and set a new password.
The verification code does not arrive
Check your spam folder.
Make sure the email address is entered correctly.
Check whether your email provider is blocking the verification email.
If it still does not arrive, contact SingLinkVPN through live chat or the community.
Notes
- Store your new password somewhere safe so you do not get locked out again.
- Signed in with Google? See changing the password on a Google account.
Why was my SingLinkVPN account suspended, and can I appeal?
#SingLinkVPN uses third-party security and risk-control systems, and accounts and devices that break the Terms of Service are suspended. Serious violations may lead to a permanent suspension. If you believe it was a mistake, contact support to appeal.
- Plans
- All plans (including the Free Plan)
Behavior that can trigger a suspension includes, but is not limited to:
- Network attacks or malicious scanning.
- Abusing network resources.
- Mass automated sign-ups.
- Using the service against the rules, or affecting other users or servers.
- Anything else that violates the Terms of Service.
When serious risk controls are triggered, the account and the associated devices may be suspended permanently, and the associated network information may be added to the security system blocklist.
Steps
If you think it was a mistake
Contact SingLinkVPN through live chat or by email at support@singlinkvpn.com.
Include your account, device, app version, and a description of what happened.
Notes
- If a third-party website or app (social media, games, banking) restricts your account there, that platform makes the decision; it is separate from a SingLinkVPN account suspension.
Support and feedback
How do I contact SingLinkVPN support, and when is it available?
#SingLinkVPN offers 24/7 live chat in the bottom-right corner of the user dashboard and under Settings → Live Chat in the app. You can also email support@singlinkvpn.com or message Telegram @singlinkvpn.
- Official email: support@singlinkvpn.com
- Official Telegram: @singlinkvpn
When you contact support, you only need your virtual email address (or account), order number, and a description of the problem; no real identity details are needed. For connection problems, attach a screen recording or screenshots and mention your device, app version, and network, which speeds things up.
Steps
Live chat
Log in to the user dashboard and click live chat in the bottom-right corner of the page.
Or, in the app, go to Settings → Live Chat.
Notes
- When a support chat ends, its messages, attachments, and screenshots are cleared automatically right away. If the issue is not resolved, provide your virtual email address or order number again next time.
- Official staff will never message you privately to ask for payment or for your password.
What are the official SingLinkVPN channels, how do I spot fakes, and are Telegram group admins official staff?
#SingLinkVPN official accounts are on X, Telegram, Instagram, GitHub, YouTube, and Threads. Official support is only live chat, support@singlinkvpn.com, and Telegram @singlinkvpn. Anything not on these lists should be treated as impersonation.

@singlink.vpn - GitHub:
SingLinkLabs - Website:
singlinkvpn.com; its subdomains, such as the user dashboard, are official too. The full list of official domains is in the Terms of Service.
The platform Telegram feedback groups (iOS @SingLinkiOS, Android @SingLinkAndroid, Mac @SingLinkMac, and Windows @SingLinkWindows) and the official main group are run by community volunteers, who are not SingLinkVPN staff. SingLinkVPN manages the communities with bots and periodically reviews feedback, posts announcements, and shares event news there.
Notes
- SingLinkVPN staff will never message you privately to ask for payment or a transfer, or for your password or verification code.
- SingLinkVPN never offers cash, membership time, or commission in exchange for app store ratings or reviews.
- If you find a website, app, or group impersonating SingLinkVPN, or a community member breaking the group rules, let us know at support@singlinkvpn.com.
