Each plan supports a different number of simultaneous devices:

If you've hit the limit, you can remove unused devices in the client to free up a slot.

No. SingLinkVPN keeps no activity logs, so there is no activity data to retain.

• Browsing history, DNS queries, source IP addresses and connection records are never created, so there is no such data to hand over
• Registration requires no email verification and no real identity details; the account holds only a virtual email address and order status
• An error report you choose to send is processed on a dedicated third-party error-reporting platform and used only to diagnose that error or bug — nothing else is collected
• The error report is deleted as soon as the problem is found, within 7 days at most, and the system also clears reports automatically

SingLinkVPN can only be as fast as your local network. Turn the VPN off and test your local speed on sptestor.com: if it is abnormal, switch networks (Wi-Fi to mobile data or back, or another Wi-Fi); if it is normal, switch nodes.

Tried both and still slow?
• Check whether you are on a campus network: SingLinkVPN does not currently support campus networks, so please switch to another network
• Sign out and sign back in, and make sure the app is the latest version from the official site
• On Windows, turn on network adapter mode and use the latest version from the official site

SingLinkVPN supports refunds, provided the request meets our refund policy.

We strongly recommend trying the Free Plan first (200 MB daily on mobile, 500 MB on desktop, and up to 1 GB a day during campaigns, depending on the campaign, no credit card required) to confirm the service fits before you subscribe.

AI platforms may degrade service based on IP quality.

How to avoid:
1. Choose quality nodes — US, Japan for higher IP quality
2. Stick to one node — frequent switching triggers risk controls
3. Upgrade plan — Plus offers high-quality IPs and Pro offers enterprise-grade IPs
4. Don't switch accounts frequently
5. Using Claude? Turn on chained proxy (available on Plus and above) and import a custom Socks5 proxy IP from a third-party provider for a fixed exit address — this prevents degradation about 99% of the time. The proxy IP's quality depends on what you buy from that third party.
