SingLink Shield v1.2, the latest version of SingLinkVPN’s security system, went live on November 1, 2026. The update is designed to identify behavior that threatens the service and help keep connections stable and secure.

What does Shield protect against?

Shield focuses on three areas: malicious activity such as reverse engineering, cracking, and abuse; attacks on the service; and violations of the terms of service. When a violation is confirmed, SingLinkVPN may suspend access or revoke an account’s right to use the service.

The no-logs policy remains in place

Shield runs in the VPN client. It identifies and responds to abnormal behavior without retaining or reading user data. SingLinkVPN continues to follow its no-logs policy. The security model was trained independently in collaboration with a third-party security company. The training did not use SingLinkVPN user data.

Do I need to do anything?

If you use SingLinkVPN in line with its terms of service, you don’t need to take any action for this Shield update. The security measures target activity that harms the service or violates its terms.

How do I appeal an incorrect restriction?

Restrictions caused by an incorrect detection are lifted automatically. If you believe your account was restricted by mistake, use the official appeals site at https://appeal.singlinkvpn.com or contact SingLinkVPN’s online support.
