SingLinkVPN Terms of Service
Last updated: April 24, 2025
SingLinkVPN (the Service) is a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service provided by SINGAPORE SINGLINKTECH PTE. LTD (the Company, we, us, or our), located at 635A Senja Road, #07-245, Senja Gateway, Singapore 671635. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the User or you) and the Company regarding your use of the Service. By accessing or using SingLinkVPN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Please also review our Privacy Policy (available on our website), which explains how we collect and use your information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Definitions
- Service: SingLinkVPN, the VPN services including all software, applications, and related services provided to Users by the Company.
- Company (also we or us): Singapore SingLinkTech Pte. Ltd., the provider of SingLinkVPN.
- User (also you or Subscriber): Any individual or entity using or accessing the Service. If you create an Account or use the Service, you are considered a User under these Terms.
- Account: The registered account you create with SingLinkVPN, which is required to access the Service. An Account typically is associated with a username and password or other credentials.
- Subscription: An active paid plan for the Service. SingLinkVPN offers several Subscription plans (detailed below) which grant access to the Service for a specified period (e.g., monthly).
- Free Trial: A one-time trial period during which a new User can use the Service for free. The Free Trial is time-limited and subject to the conditions in these Terms.
- Subscription Plans: The tiers of paid Service offered by SingLinkVPN: Small, Plus, and Pro (in addition to the Free Trial). Each plan has specific features, pricing, and device connection limits as advertised.
- Device: Any computer, smartphone, tablet, router, or other equipment that you use to connect to the Service.
Account Use
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an Account and use the Service. By using SingLinkVPN, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
- Account Registration: When creating an Account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for updating your information if it changes. Each User may maintain only one Account, and the Account is personal to you; it should not be shared with unauthorized persons.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (such as username and password). Any activity that occurs under your Account will be deemed to have been done by you. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account or a breach of your password, you must notify us immediately at support@singlinkvpn.com.
- Personal Use & Device Limits: Your Subscription allows you to connect a limited number of Devices to the VPN at the same time, as specified by your plan (e.g., the Small plan may allow up to 2 simultaneous connections, Plus up to 5, and Pro up to 10; the Free Trial is typically limited to 1 Device). The Service is for your personal (or internal business) use only. You agree not to share or resell your account credentials or exceed the permitted number of Device connections. If you need to use more Devices than allowed, you should upgrade to an appropriate plan or obtain an additional Subscription.
Payment and Renewals
SingLinkVPN offers a Free Trial and three paid Subscription tiers. Subscription fees are charged on a periodic basis (e.g., monthly). The available plans and base pricing (in USD) are as follows:
- Free Trial: Provided at no cost for new users for a limited trial period.
- Small: $4.59 per month.
- Plus: $9.59 per month.
- Pro: $20.00 per month.
All paid plans include access to SingLinkVPN's core features, including secure VPN servers ("nodes") and streaming support. The specific features and number of Devices allowed for each plan are described on our website (higher-tier plans generally include more device connections or advanced features).
Billing and Auto-Renewal: By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize the Company (or its payment processor) to charge the applicable fee to your provided payment method. Subscriptions will auto-renew by default at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly) unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. The subscription fee will be charged automatically at each renewal to the payment method on file. If your chosen payment method supports recurring payments (such as a credit card or PayPal), auto-renewal will remain enabled unless you cancel. If you use a payment method that does not support automatic renewal (for example, a one-time bank transfer or certain digital currencies), your Subscription will not auto-renew and will expire at the end of the current term unless you manually renew it.
One-Time Purchases: In some cases, we may offer options to make a one-time purchase for a fixed term (for example, a single month or year of service without automatic renewal). Such purchases will grant you access for the specified term only and will not renew automatically. Once the term ends, you will need to purchase again to continue using the Service.
Managing Renewals and Cancellations: You are responsible for managing your Subscription. If you do not wish to continue a recurring Subscription, you must cancel it before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. You can cancel at any time through your account settings on our website or by contacting our support. If you subscribed through a third-party platform (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you must manage and cancel the Subscription through that platform's subscription management system. The Company is not responsible for cancellations or billing issues if your Subscription was purchased through a third party. After cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your pre-paid subscription term, but it will not renew thereafter.
Price Changes: SingLinkVPN may adjust the pricing or available Subscription plans from time to time. However, pricing and features of your plan will not be changed arbitrarily during an active subscription period. Any change in subscription price or material features will be communicated to you in advance (for example, via email or in-app notification). Such changes will typically apply to subsequent billing cycles or new subscriptions. If you do not agree to a forthcoming price or feature change, you may cancel your Subscription before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Refunds
We encourage new users to take advantage of the Free Trial before purchasing a paid Subscription. Except as explicitly provided below or required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable after the Free Trial period. This means that once you are billed for a Subscription (after any trial), you will not receive a refund or credit for any unused time during the subscription term, including if you cancel early.
Free Trial: If a Free Trial is offered, it allows eligible users to try the Service for a limited time without charge. The duration and terms of the Free Trial will be specified at sign-up. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, or if you choose to subscribe, you will be charged for the selected Subscription plan and the standard refund policy will apply going forward.
iOS/macOS Refund Exception: If you subscribed to SingLinkVPN through the Apple App Store (on an iOS or macOS device), you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase only if you experience technical issues with the Service that are caused by SingLinkVPN and that significantly impair your use of the Service. Such refund requests must be made within the 30-day window and should detail the technical problem. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for this exception on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds for App Store purchases may be processed by Apple according to their policies (which may require you to request the refund via the App Store). Beyond this specific exception (or any rights you may have under applicable law), no refunds will be issued for Subscription fees.
Acceptable Use
SingLinkVPN is committed to user privacy and does not monitor or log your internet traffic or content while using the Service. However, you are required to use the Service in a lawful manner. You agree not to use SingLinkVPN for any activities that violate law or these Terms. Prohibited uses of the Service include, but are not limited to:
- Illegal Activities: Using the Service for any purpose that violates local, national, or international laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, using the VPN to commit crimes, fraud, hacking, or other unlawful acts.
- Infringing Content: Uploading, downloading, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., copyrighted material) without authorization.
- Harmful or Objectionable Material: Transmitting any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable (including hate speech or content that incites violence), or that is invasive of another's privacy.
- Child Exploitation: Using the Service to distribute or access any child pornography or exploit minors in any way. Such actions will be reported to law enforcement.
- Spam and Network Abuse: Sending unsolicited bulk communications ("spam") or any form of excessive or disruptive traffic through the VPN. You may not use the Service to launch denial of service attacks, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that would interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or any network, system, or equipment.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any service, user account, computer system, or network through the VPN. This includes port scanning, probing, or hacking activities, and any attempt to breach security measures of the Service or others' systems.
- Reselling or Sharing Service: Reselling the Service or sharing your Account with multiple users who are not part of your allowed Devices. The Service is intended for your personal use (or use within your organization for internal purposes) and not for providing VPN access to third parties.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of SingLinkVPN complies with all laws applicable to you. If VPN usage is restricted or illegal in your jurisdiction, you must refrain from using the Service in that jurisdiction. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Acceptable Use Policy. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this section, we may suspend or terminate your Account without notice (and without any refund), and/or take appropriate legal action as necessary.
Service Availability and Changes
SingLinkVPN strives to provide a reliable and high-quality VPN service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption. Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Performance (such as connection speed, latency, and uptime) may vary due to factors beyond our control, including internet bandwidth constraints, network congestion, maintenance, or third-party service failures.
While we aim for continuous availability, there may be occasions when the Service is temporarily unavailable or limited. For example, we may need to perform maintenance or updates, or unexpected outages may occur. You acknowledge that you may experience occasional disruptions or delays in service. We are not liable for any data loss, missed messages, or other information that may be lost or undelivered due to interruptions or performance issues.
We may also impose reasonable limits on usage or temporarily suspend your access to the Service (with or without prior notice) if we determine it is necessary to protect the integrity of the network, to prevent abuse of the Service, or to comply with the law or requests of authorities. This may include limiting bandwidth, restricting access to certain servers or features, or other technical measures to ensure fair use and service reliability for all users.
Additionally, SingLinkVPN reserves the right to modify or upgrade the Service at any time. We may add, remove, or change features or functionalities in order to improve the Service or to adapt to technological advancements. We will not remove core features of your plan arbitrarily, and if we make material changes that significantly affect your use of the Service, we will endeavor to provide advance notice (for example, via email or an in-app notification). Your continued use of the Service after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Please note that while we support streaming and access to various websites via our VPN, we do not guarantee that any specific third-party site, service, or content will be accessible at all times. Third-party services may change their access policies or employ VPN blocking measures that we cannot control. SingLinkVPN will not be responsible for inability to access third-party services or content due to such causes.
Termination
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by canceling your Subscription and ceasing to use SingLinkVPN. Account termination by the User will be effective at the end of the current billing period once you cancel (no further charges will be made, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period, in accordance with our Refund policy). You may also request that we delete your Account by contacting support, subject to our data retention policies (see Privacy Policy).
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Service, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Breach of Terms: If you violate any provision of these Terms (such as the Acceptable Use Policy or payment obligations), we may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice. You will not be entitled to any refunds if your account is terminated due to your violation of these Terms.
- Legal Compliance: If we are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request, or if your use of the Service becomes illegal in your jurisdiction, we may terminate or restrict your access without notice. This includes situations where the Company must comply with sanctions, or law enforcement requests regarding your use of the Service.
- Security or Abuse: If we detect behavior that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of our Service or other users (for example, you are involved in activities that significantly degrade our network or you attempt to hack our systems), we may suspend or terminate your access to protect the Service and its users.
- Non-Payment: If you fail to pay subscription fees when due, or if a chargeback or reversal of payment occurs, we may suspend or terminate your account access. (If you believe a charge was improperly reversed or flagged, you should contact support to resolve billing issues.)
In any case of termination by the Company, we will attempt to notify you (via the email associated with your Account) of the termination and the reason, if practicable. If the Service is terminated by us permanently (for example, if we decide to shut down the Service entirely), we will provide notice in advance when possible. In such event, if you have an active paid Subscription, we may provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, except where termination is due to your breach of these Terms or unlawful conduct.
Upon termination of your Account, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You must destroy any locally stored software or materials related to the Service that are in your possession. Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (such as provisions on liability, disclaimers, arbitration, and governing law) shall survive and remain in effect.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all related software and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, about the Service, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or that the Service will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations. You use SingLinkVPN at your own risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from the Company or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company (and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners) shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the legal theory or cause of action (contract, tort, or otherwise). In particular, the Company is not responsible for:
- Any interruption, downtime, or failure of the Service (including inability to access the VPN or specific content);
- Any damage, loss or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, virus transmission, or other unauthorized access or use of the Service or your account;
- Your interactions or communications through the Service, or the content and information you access while using the VPN (we do not monitor or censor internet content and are not responsible for what you choose to access);
- Your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or rights of a third party.
If, notwithstanding the above, the Company is found liable for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim (or, if you have not paid any amount, the equivalent of USD $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; to that extent, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. However, in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
You and the Company agree that Singapore law will apply regardless of your country of residence, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws. Furthermore, a person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce any provision of these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act of Singapore.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service (including the breach, termination, or validity thereof) shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in Singapore, in the English language, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) then in effect, which are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
The arbitration shall be administered by SIAC and conducted before a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the SIAC Rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs of arbitration, and shall share equally the fees and expenses of the SIAC and the arbitrator, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise in the award. The arbitrator is authorized to award any relief that would have been available in court, provided that the arbitrator's authority is limited to resolving the dispute between the parties.
You agree to arbitrate disputes on an individual basis. Class action and class-wide arbitration are not permitted. You hereby waive any right to participate in class actions, collective claims, or other representative proceedings. Each dispute shall be resolved solely on an individual basis, and the arbitrator shall have no authority to consolidate claims or award relief to a group of individuals in one proceeding.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek interim injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction (such as the courts of Singapore) if necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm (for example, to protect intellectual property or confidential information) or to enforce this arbitration agreement. Seeking such interim relief shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to have disputes arbitrated under this section.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the above arbitration agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of your relationship with the Company.
If you have any questions or concerns about these Terms or the Service, please contact SingLinkVPN support at support@singlinkvpn.com.
